How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my delivery?
  Delivery is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Delivery Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging, then we will exchange or refund you the original price minus the postage cost. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the products are faulty. You are also responsible for the products until they arrive in our warehouse, so we request you obtain proof of postage for the returned goods.

Please note all special order items or custom products, such as those with personalisation or custom measurements are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

If you return an item we request that you include your contact details and a copy of your invoice in your parcel and return in to:

If you are unhappy with your purchase after it has been used, please contact us. We will require photographic evidence and in some cases products will be returned to the manufacturer. Please note all exchanges and refunds are dependent on the item having been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Please allow 60 days for an exchange or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order be delivered?
  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a delivery confirmation when your order has been dispatched and tracking information within 24-48 hours of dispatch, if applicable
