Delivery

Many of our products are in stock and will be dispatched straight away and be delivered within 1-2 working days.
For items that are not in stock delivery takes 5-7 working days.

When we receive your order we will email you to advise you of an estimated delivery time. If you need an item urgently we ask that you contact us before ordering to check it is in stock, but if you order an item and we cannot deliver it as quickly as you'd like, we will give you a full refund so long as the item has not already been dispatched.

When your delivery arrives, we may request a signature to acknowledge receipt of the order so please ensure you request we send it to an address where someone is present to sign for the delivery.

Please note that if you live outside the UK, your country may apply taxes or import duties which you are responsible for paying.


Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging, then we will exchange or refund you the original price minus the postage cost. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the products are faulty. You are also responsible for the products until they arrive in our warehouse, so we request you obtain proof of postage for the returned goods.

Please note all special order items or custom products, such as those with personalisation or custom measurements are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after it has been used, please contact us. We will require photographic evidence and in some cases products will be returned to the manufacturer. Please note all exchanges and refunds are dependent on the item having been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Please allow 60 days for an exchange or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
